Lenovo has officially revealed the upcoming Legion gaming laptops, featuring the Y7000P, Y9000P, Y9000X, and Y9000K series. A recently released teaser poster provides a glimpse of the key features of these new devices.

The Y7000P, which surfaced a few days ago, boasts a redesigned look and is equipped with the latest Core 14th generation HX series processors and RTX 40 graphics cards. Lenovo claims it to be the most powerful Y7000P model to date, incorporating new cooling technology for enhanced performance.

Similarly, the next-gen Y9000P will feature Core 14th generation HX processors and RTX 40 series graphics cards. Notably, it offers an optional professional-grade screen with a 240Hz refresh rate and P3 wide color gamut, catering to both design and gaming needs.

Additionally, Lenovo mentions an optional 2TB SSD for the new Legion Y9000K model, providing users with expanded storage options.

Reports indicate that Intel is set to unveil the Core 14th generation HX series processors at CES in early January, with Lenovo and other manufacturers expected to launch notebooks powered by these processors shortly afterward.

In terms of specifications, leaked details for the Core 14th generation HX series processors reveal notable improvements. The i9-14900HX boasts a core frequency of up to 5.8GHz, a 0.2GHz increase from the previous generation’s flagship model, while the i7-14700HX features a frequency of up to 5.5GHz and four additional small cores compared to its predecessor.
