Xiaomi has officially confirmed the global launch date for its Redmi Note 13 5G series, scheduled for January 15, 2024. This announcement precedes the device’s imminent launch in India scheduled for tomorrow.

The Indian lineup will include three smartphones, namely Redmi Note 13 5G, Note 13 Pro 5G, and Note 13 Pro+ 5G. All of these devices are also expected to launch in the global market as well, likely with unchanged specs. That being said, the mi India website has already confirmed a bunch of specs for both the Note 13 5G and Note 13 Pro 5G models for India.

Starting with the Redmi Note 13 5G, the device will feature a 120Hz punch-hole cutout AMOLED display with minimal bezels, achieving an impressive 93.3% screen-to-body ratio. With a weight of 173.5 grams and a slim 7.6mm profile, the device includes Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for display protection. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor, the Redmi Note 13 5G supports 33W fast charging and boasts a noteworthy 108MP main camera on its rear.

As for the Note 13 Pro 5G, the smartphone is confirmed to feature a double-sided glass body with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It will feature a 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Under the hood, the device will feature a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 5G chipset accompanied by a 5100mAh battery and 67W fast charging. Last but not least, it will feature a 200MP primary camera.
