As a part of the Sony add-on, users can now use the rear LED flash as a notification light, an alternative to traditional notification LEDs.

The Xperia 5 V can also seamlessly integrate with the Find My Device app, allowing users to locate, lock, or erase the phone remotely. Likewise, sharing files between your Windows PC and Xperia 5 V is now easier with the expanded Nearby Share functionality. And, users can also personalize their lock screen with quick access to their favorite apps and features.

The Android 14 update for the Xperia 5 V is likely rolling out gradually, so it might not be available to everyone immediately. Expect to receive the update within the next few days.
