Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has launched a budget curved gaming monitor in China. The product officially goes by Redmi Monitor G34WQ.

As the name suggests, it sports a 34-inch screen. The panel supports up to a WQHD resolution and a 180Hz refresh rate.

The latest monitor from Xiaomi’s Redmi flaunts a 34-inch curved display. The screen has a 1500R curvature and a 21:9 aspect ratio.

The LCD panel offers a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels (WQHD) and a 180Hz refresh rate. It supports AMD FreeSync Premium and up to 1ms response time.

The display can cover 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and has a color accuracy of ΔE<2. There’s support for DC dimming and it can reach 350 nits of peak brightness level.

The monitor is adjustable and can be mounted on the wall. It can be lifted up/down, rotated left/right, and titled front/back.

For customization, the product features an RGB LED ring light on the back. Finally, it comes with 2 x DP 1.4 and 2 x HDMI 2.0 ports.

Redmi Monitor G34WQ Price

The Redmi Monitor G34WQ is priced at ¥1,999 (~$280) in China. However, for a limited time, it will be sold at a discounted price tag of ¥1,499 (~$210).

The product will be available for purchase starting tonight at 8 PM local time (GMT+8).

Just like most Xiaomi and Redmi monitors, this one may also not be released outside mainland China.
