We are still several months away from the release of the Xiaomi 15 series, but reports have already started surfacing online. Now, the latest rumor hints at some of its key specifications, so here’s everything we know about these upcoming devices.
Xiaomi 15 Series Key Specs
The news was shared by the tipster Smart Pikachu on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website). This leak shares more details regarding the tech giant’s next annual flagship phones. Looking at the online post, the Xiaomi 15 series is expected to be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, which is in line with one of our previous reports.
Back in December 2023, a leak from known tipster Digital Chat Station claimed that the Xiaomi 15 could sport a 6.36-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Similarly, the latest leak from Smart Pikachu adds that the Xiaomi 15 display may offer 1.5K resolution. In a previous report, it was revealed that the Xiaomi 15 lineup’s mass production could kick off in September.
This would mean that shipments could start as early as October. The Xiaomi 14 series was first unveiled in its home market of China back in October 2023. So we can expect a similar launch timeline for the next gen flagships as well.
