Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the new Redmi K70 Ultra model in its home market of China. But various leaks and rumors have already revealed a bunch of its specifications ahead of the official release. Now, the latest rumor has even shared details regarding a large battery pack for the upcoming smartphone.
Redmi K70 Ultra Battery Specs
The Chinese tech giant is set to launch the Redmi K70 Ultra and the Note 13 Turbo in the first half of this year. Details regarding the K70 Ultra have been surfacing online over the last couple of weeks and the latest information revealed its battery specifications. In a new Weibo post, tipster Smart Pikachu shared the battery specifications of the former.
The online post claimed that the Redmi K70 Ultra will be powered by a battery pack that is larger than 5,000mAh in capacity. When a Weibo user asked if this meant a 5,500mAh battery pack, the tipster simply replied with a thumbs up emoji. In other words, the massive 5,500mAh capacity is likely the battery that powers the new smartphone. The leak adds that a new Redmi tablet is set to launch in China soon as well.
Based on what we know so far, the Redmi K70 Ultra is expected to sport an OLED display with 1.5K resolution and up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, the handset is equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 SoC that is paired with up to 24GB of LPDDR5T RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
