The brand shared a short video teaser on X (formerly Twitter), showcasing the upcoming party speaker and hinting at its imminent launch. To recall, Sony unveiled the SRS-XV500 model in the global market just last month. So we can expect the Indian variant to feature similar, if not identical specifications. For those unaware, the SRS-XV500 was built as a portable speaker for outdoor and indoor use.

In other words, you can even enhance your party experience outside thanks to its IPX4 water resistance and up to 25 hours of audio playback. Just 10 minutes of charging can offer another 2.5 hours of battery life, as per official claims. The speaker is equipped with two X-balanced speaker units that promise to offer powerful bass. These are also paired with two tweeters for clear vocals as well.

Another notable feature is the inclusion of the dedicated karaoke mode. The SRS-XV500 comes with a karaoke feature with Echo and Key control, which enables sound customization. It offers a second input that allows you to connect another microphone or guitar to improve the jamming session even more. It arrives with built-in lighting that can be controlled via the partner mobile app. Since the Sony SRS-XV500 party speaker was launched for 399.99 US Dollars, we can expect it to release in India for around the 40,000 INR price range.
