Recent reports have revealed that Realme is working on a new phone, which bears the RMX3999 model number. The said device’s final marketing is not known, but its arrival seems to be close at hand, as it has been spotted on multiple certification platforms. It first appeared in the IMEI database in November 2023, and it was approved by certification platforms, such as Europe’s EEC, Indonesia’s TKDN and SDPPI, and TUV Rheinland. While it has not been certified by India’s BIS authority, it is expected to launch soon in the country. Here is a look at what to expect from the device.

Realme RMX3999 key specifications

Realme C67 5G

The Realme RMX3999 is said to be similar to the Realme C67’s in terms of specifications. On the front, it will have a 6.72-inch LCD panel that offers an FHD+ resolution, which may support a 120Hz refresh rate. For security, it will have a side-facing fingerprint scanner.

The RMX3999 will draw power from the Dimensity 6100 Plus chipset and pack a 5,000mAh battery. The TUV certification of the device revealed that it may support 45W fast charging.

The back panel of the device is said to feature a dual camera setup, but its details have not been revealed. The phone will run on Android 14, which will have a layer of Realme Ui 5 on top.

In India, the Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ are sold on Flipkart. The rumored Realme 12 and 12+ are also expected to be sold on the same platform. Hence, there is a possibility that the RMX3999 may end up as a Narzo-branded phone that will be sold on Amazon. As is always the case with leaks, it is advisable to digest the report with a grain of salt.
