Samsung has officially confirmed the launch date for the Galaxy F15, its upcoming mid range smartphone. The company’s new device is set to be announced early next month and arrives with some notable features, so here are all the details.
Samsung Galaxy F15 Launch Date
The South Korean tech giant is set to unveil the Galaxy F15 on 4th March 2024 at 12 OM IST. In the official announcement, the brand teased that the smartphone is the first device under the 15,000 INR price segment to offer a Super AMOLED display. It was also confirmed that the new smartphone will be powered by a massive 6,000mAh battery pack that will likely offer fast charging as well.
Based on official notes, Samsung’s Galaxy F15 arrives with a triple camera setup on the rear and is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC under the hood. A recent leak also hinted that the Galaxy F15 will offer four major Android OS updates, with support for five years of security updates. Looking at the teaser image, the smartphone appears to have a waterdrop notch Infinity U Super AMOLED display that could offer a 90Hz refresh rate.
The Galaxy F15 recently surfaced on GeekBench, which revealed some of its other specifications as well as its synthetic performance benchmarks. The device arrives with 4GB of RAM and runs on the Android 14 OS based One UI custom skin out of the box. It scored 690 points and 1752 points in the single core and multi core tests respectively.
