A new Huawei phone, with the model number FIN-AL60a, has surfaced on the Chinese MIIT certification. The phone could be a part of Huawei’s Nova 12 smartphone series based on its model number.

While Huawei is primarily focusing on the upcoming P70 series, there’s a possibility that they’re also working on other mid-range devices, like this new Nova series device.

Huawei FIN-AL60a certification

The MIIT listing for the new FIN-AL60a model reveals the smartphone will only have 4G network support. But the interesting detail is that the model number is quite similar to the FIN-AL60 for the Huawei Nova 12 Lite, suggesting it could belong to the Nova 12 lineup.

Unfortunately, we do not have any extra information to confirm where exactly this device fits within Huawei’s product range. It could be an even more affordable option within the Nova 12 series. Currently, the Nova 12 Lite is the cheapest option available in the lineup.
