Huawei is inviting a limited number of users to participate in a closed beta program for the latest iteration of their Harmony OS operating system. This program offers a chance to experience new features designed to improve user experience, including easier navigation, enhanced security measures, and faster response times.
Only 2000 testers will be chosen for the program
There are a few important things to keep in mind:
- Limited Spots: Only 2,000 testers will be selected for the program.
- Upgrade Commitment: Upgrading to the beta version means you won’t be able to downgrade back to the stable version.
- China-Only: Participation is currently restricted to users in China with devices running EMUI (Huawei’s previous OS).
If you’re a Huawei user in China with a compatible device (Mate or P60 series phones, Mate X3 foldable phones, MatePad Pro tablets, or select V and SE series TVs), you can participate in the program through the My Huawei app’s Upgrade section. The application window closes on March 30th, so be sure to apply before then.
By participating in this beta program, you’ll be among the first to experience the newest features of Harmony OS and help Huawei identify any potential issues before a wider rollout.
