After teasing the Huawei FreeLace Pro 2 neckband earbuds for the global market earlier this month, the brand has listed the product on its global website. The FreeLace Pro 2 is designed for everyday use, featuring a lightweight build of 34.5 grams, and is available in two colors: Green and Black.
The flexibility of the neckband and the inclusion of three sizes of soft ear tips ensure a snug, comfortable fit for any user. Additionally, its IP55 rating for water and splash resistance makes it a suitable companion for outdoor activities and workouts.
Audio quality gets a significant boost with the inclusion of 10.8mm dual-magnet dynamic drivers along with L2HC and LDAC codecs, ensuring high-resolution sound. The FreeLace Pro 2’s active noise cancellation technology, Smart ANC 2.0, offers three modes to tailor the listening experience according to the environment. The earbuds also offer AI call noise cancellation for clear calling, as well as a dual-device connection.
The FreeLace Pro 2 offers up to 25 hours of playback and supports fast charging through USB-C, providing 5 hours of listening time with just a 5-minute charge. The earbuds feature an in-built USB-C connector which users can plug into their Huawei smartphones to initiate Bluetooth pairing via Huawei HiPair. Additionally, it can also be used to charge the earbuds through a smartphone, if the smartphone supports the OTG feature. Easy control is available through a series of button clicks for managing tracks and calls.
