In December 2023, iQOO announced the iQOO Neo 9 and smartphones in China. These phones came equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Dimensity 9300 chipsets, respectively. In February 2024, a rebranded version of the standard model was released in India and a few other markets with the iQOO Neo 9 Pro moniker. A new development reveals that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro may get rebranded as the iQOO Neo 9S Pro for markets outside of China.
iQOO Neo 9S Pro key specifications revealed
The screenshot above reveals the iQOO Neo 9s Pro, sporting the V2339A model number, has surfaced in the Google Play Console’s database. The listing not only mentions the key specifications of the device but also carries an image that reveals its front and rear design.
To recall, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro available in China has the same V2339A model number. Hence, it appears that the same device may get rebranded as the Neo 9s Pro in the global market.
As per the listing, the iQOO Neo 9S Pro will come in a blue variant and feature the Dimensity 9300 chipset. Its OLED panel supports a 1.5K resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels. The device runs on Android 14 and has 12 GB of RAM. The back panel of the device has a 50-megapixel primary camera.
The Play Console listing is a good hint that suggests that it will not take too long for it to debut on the global market. Most likely, it will be announced either this month or in May.
