Xiaomi Launches Priority Club for Enhanced User Experience

Xiaomi is also among them, and the company has launched a new program called Priority Club to strengthen its presence in the country.

The Xiaomi Priority Club in India is a program designed to provide exclusive benefits and services to Xiaomi customers, aimed at enhancing their ownership and service experience. The program includes a range of benefits for its members, such as:

  • Priority Service: Members of the Priority Club receive priority online appointments and expedited service at Xiaomi service centers, ensuring swift resolution to their issues with minimal disruption to their lives.
  • Convenience of Repairs: The program includes complimentary pick-up and drop services for mobile repairs, eliminating the hassle of maintenance for members. Additionally, there is a guarantee of a 2-hour repair or provision of a standby device to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
  • Device Optimization: Regular half-yearly health check-ups and software updates are provided to keep devices in peak condition, optimizing their performance and prolonging their lifespan.
  • Personalized Support: Members enjoy the convenience of prompt callbacks from customer support and direct chat access to knowledgeable agents, bypassing automated systems for a more personalized and tailored support experience.
  • Product Coverage: Initially rolled out for premium smartphones, including the Xiaomi 14 Series, the benefits extend to other flagship smartphones and select smart TV models, ensuring a wider coverage of Xiaomi’s product range.

In the first phase, the Xiaomi Priority Club service is being rolled out to Xiaomi’s premium smartphones, including the recently launched Xiaomi 14 Series – Xiaomi 14 Ultra and Xiaomi 14. The benefits will also be available for Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Mi 11 Ultra.
