Alongside the Nitro 14 gaming laptop, Acer has also introduced a 14″ laptop in its Predator Helios series called the Acer Predator Helios Neo 14. This new laptop features Intel’s latest Core Ultra processors paired with low to mid-tier Nvidia GPUs.

The Helio Neo 14 laptop comes with three display options: a 14.5” IPS WQXGA with resolutions of 3072×1920 at 165Hz, 2560×1600 at 120Hz, or 1920×1200 at 120Hz, all offering 100% sRGB coverage, complemented by NVIDIA Advanced Optimus technology.

Under the hood, the laptop will have three processor options: Intel Core Ultra 9, 7, or 5 processors. Graphics capabilities include Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070, 4060, or 4050 with varying VRAM capacities. The laptop comes with up to 32GB LPDDR5X SDRAM and storage options of up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe. It is powered by a 76 Whr battery and includes a 230W AC adapter for convenient charging.

For connectivity, the laptop offers Intel Killer Wireless Wi-Fi 6E 1675i, ensuring high-speed internet access. Notable features include Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0 Triple-microphone array with AI Noise Reduction Technology for crystal-clear communication. Additionally, the laptop features a high-definition camera with up to 1080p resolution for video calls.

Pricing & availability

The Predator Helios Neo 14 (PHN14-51) is set to hit North American shelves in May, with prices starting at $1799.99. European availability is expected in June, with starting prices at EUR 1999.
