On April 24, iQOO will unveil the iQOO Z9 series of smartphones in China. The lineup has three models, such as the Z9x, Z9, and Z9 Turbo. The Turbo model, equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, will be the most powerful Z-series phone from the brand. Today, the brand released a poster to confirm the AnTuTu score of the Turbo variant. A new leak that surfaced on Weibo today revealed the battery size and charging capabilities of all three phones.

iQOO Z9 and iQOO Z9x

According to a Chinese leaker, the iQOO Z9 and Z9x will both pack a 6,000mAh battery. While the Z9 will support 80W fast charging, the Z9x will offer 44W rapid charging. Reports have claimed that the Z9 will have the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, whereas the Z9x may feature the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, respectively. When it comes to design, the iQOO Z9 will look identical to the Turbo model. Both phones look as if they are stripped-down versions of the iQOO 12.

iQOO Z9 Turbo

The iQOO Z9 Turbo is officially confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip and a 6,000mAh battery. The brand confirmed that the device has recorded an AnTuTu score of 1,764,028 points.

The Z9 Turbo is also said to support 80W fast charging. As far as design is concerned, the device has a flat OLED display on the front and a rear panel similar to the iQOO 12 series. All three phones are said to be equipped with a plastic frame, which is understandable considering that they are mid-range offerings.

The iQOO Z9 Turbo is now up for pre-sale in China for 0 Yuan. At present, there is no word on the price of the Z9 series. The Z9 Turbo will likely be priced similarly to the Redmi Turbo 3, which has starting price of 1,999 Yuan (~$275).
