Huawei introduced the MateBook X Pro 2024 laptop and the FreeBuds Lipstick 2 earbuds at today’s launch event. However, Huawei preferred not to unveil the much-awaited new Huawei smartphone, the Huawei P70. Despite Huawei’s decision to remain silent on the P70, the MateBook X Pro 2024 truly stands out as a laptop deserving of attention.

Leaked Huawei P70 design

Now, let’s turn our attention back to the Huawei P70. While Huawei didn’t mention the phone at the unveiling event, a social media user in China managed to leak a hands on photo of the Huawei P70’s back cover. The phone features an unconventional triangular camera array. This unique design choice by Huawei was actually previously appeared on Huawei P70 leaks. According to GSMArena, the Huawei P70 series will consist of four models: P70, P70 Pro, P70 Pro+, and P70 Art. It is expected that all models will be powered by the Kirin 9010 chipset.

Huawei P70 and P70 Pro are expected to come with the OmniVision 50 MP OV50H main camera sensor, with a sensor size of 1/1.3-inch. The P70 Pro+ and P70 Art could feature with the 1-inch IMX 989 sensor. We can say that all phones will come with highly capable camera hardware.
