Geely’s Polestar Motor is keeping the details under wraps for their upcoming phone, but has teased a “new experience” coming in a video set to be released on April 16th.

The phone has been previously confirmed to be a rebranded Meizu 21 Pro

The short teaser video showcases a phone with a straight screen, the Polestar 4 EV on the display. The phone is accompanied by a dark gold charging cable, matching the color of a Polestar car seat belt. This phone, previously leaked in March, was confirmed to be a rebranded version of the Meizu 21 Pro. The most noticeable difference being the logo. Both phones are manufactured by Zhuhai Meizu Technology Co., Ltd.

Based on previous leaks of the Meizu 21 Pro, here are some of the expected specs: a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, a 6.79-inch 2K+ resolution 120Hz LTPO display, and a 4651mm² VC heat dissipation system. The 21 Pro also offers features such as an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, an Aicy smart RGB-LED ring, an IR blaster, and dual speakers. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and an IP68 water and dust resistance rating. It has a starting price of 4,999 Yuan (~$703) in China.
