Vivo has unveiled its latest budget smartphone, the T3x 5G, in India. This follows the recent launch of the T3 in the country last month. The T3x 5G boasts several impressive features for its price range, including a large battery, a smooth display, and a capable camera system. Let’s check out its specifications.
Vivo T3x 5G Specifications:
The T3x 5G features a large 6.72-inch FHD+ (2408×1080) LCD display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, 91.48% screen-to-body ratio, and 393 PPI pixel density. The phone boasts a peak brightness of 1000 nits, making it viewable even in bright outdoor conditions.
Under the hood, the T3x 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, built on a 4nm process. This processor is claimed to achieve an AnTuTu score of over 561250+, making it a strong contender in the budget segment.
The phone comes in configurations with 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM, along with 128GB of inbuilt storage. You can virtually expand the RAM up to 8GB (depending upon variants), and the storage can be extended up to 1TB using a microSD card.
The T3x 5G sports a dual rear camera system consisting of a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. The main camera can capture high-resolution photos even in low-light conditions. The phone also supports 4K video recording (8GB variant only) and various camera features like Night Mode, Portrait Mode, and Super Night Mode for enhanced low-light photography.
The Vivo T3x 5G runs Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and supports dual SIM (Hybrid) connectivity with 5G capabilities. The device features dual stereo speakers with Hi-Res Audio and includes a 3.5mm jack. It has dimensions of 165.7 x 76 x 7.99mm and weighs 199 grams. The phone also boasts an IP64 dust and water resistance rating, ensuring protection against splashes and dust.
The T3x 5G packs a massive 6000mAh battery, which Vivo claims can offer up to 68.8 hours of music playback and 23.33 hours of video playback on a single charge. The phone also supports 44W fast charging.
Vivo has designed the T3x 5G with a focus on style. The phone comes in two eye-catching colors: Celestial Green and Crimson Bliss. The back panel features a 2.5D flat frame with a sleek camera module design, reminiscent of a high-end watch.
Pricing and Availability
Coming to the pricing, Vivo T3x 5G starts at Rs. 13,499 for the 4GB + 128GB model, Rs. 14,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model, and Rs. 16,499 for the 8GB + 128GB model. It will be available for purchase starting April 24th via Flipkart, vivo.com, and offline retailers.
