Xiaomi finally unveiled the Redmi Pad Pro in its home market of China just last week. But it appears that its availability across the globe might be right around the corner. The company’s next-gen tablet has just been spotted on another major certification platform, which hints at an imminent global launch.

Earlier this week, the Redmi Pad Pro’s global variant surfaced on the Google Play Console, revealing its key specifications. This listing revealed its model numbers (2405CRPFDL for Latin America & 2405CRPFDG for the rest of the world) and its hardware. Now, the tablet has visited FCC with the 2405CRPFDL model numbers. Looking at the latest listing, the Redmi Pad Pro will run on the Android OS based HyperOS 1.0 custom skin.

The global variant is expected to feature specs that are identical to the Chinese version. For those unaware, the Redmi Pad Pro sports a tall 12.1-inch LCD panel that offers a 2.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 600 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, the device is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC that is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. For photography, you get an 8-megapixel camera on the front and back.
