The Samsung Galaxy Ring is scheduled to be officially released on July 10. Ahead of its launch, the new Samsung health wearable has been the subject of much speculation. The Samsung Galaxy Ring is a premium smart wearable with several health monitoring features. The rumored price range of the Samsung Galaxy Ring in the US is between $300 and $350 while it will be priced in India at Rs 35,000. The prices in other markets like the EU and UK could differ from the stated price band, according to the sources. The projected price of the Samsung Galaxy Ring is at par with that of some competing products already in the market. The Oura Ring, for example, is priced around $299.

As per the latest rumors from Android Authority, the Galaxy Ring will be offered with a subscription service. This will be similar to what is obtained with the Oura Ring, Apple, and Fitbit products. The monthly fee for the optional subscription will be less than $10. It remains to be seen the nature of the subscription service in an already highly competitive space for digital product subscriptions. There is no confirmation yet on the subscription package for the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Currently, no extra subscription is required to access the full bouquet of health and fitness measures available on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6. The scenario might however change with the July 10 Samsung Galaxy launch event.
