Earlier this year, Asus unveiled its 2024 line of ROG NUC mini gaming PCs in the global market. The brand has now unveiled the China-specific models of the devices which will be available to purchase starting today.
Like the global model, the Chinese variant also features a compact 2.5-liter chassis that’s packed with powerful hardware. It has two models featuring the following hardware:
- Core Ultra 7 155H + RTX 4060
- Core Ultra 9 185H + RTX 4070
Both come with DDR5 memory (up to 32GB) and PCIe Gen4 storage (up to 1TB). They support 8K or quad-4K displays and feature ROG’s cooling system for efficient heat dissipation.
The tool-free design allows for easy upgrades. Networking is top-notch with 2.5G wired and Killer Wi-Fi 6E support. The ROG NUC offers a wide range of ports, including Thunderbolt 4, USB-A/C, HDMI, DisplayPort, and an SD card reader.
Pricing & availability
Available for purchase from May 24th in China, the ROG NUC will be available with the following price tags.
- Core Ultra 7 155H + RTX 4060 – 11,999 yuan ($1,691)
- Core Ultra 9 185H + RTX 4070 – 14,999 yuan ($2,114)
In related news, Asus has also recently launched its Vivobook S 15 laptop in the global market. What makes it special is that it uses the ARM-based Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor, rather than an Intel or AMD processor. In addition to that, it also comes with Microsoft’s built-in Copilot+ AI.
