It seems that its arrival is on schedule, as it received approval from China’s 3C certification platform.

The 3C certification platform in China has approved a forthcoming Oppo tablet with the model number OPD2404.

The listing does not reveal support for cellular connectivity. Hence, it appears that the brand may launch only the Wi-Fi variant of the device. According to reports, the Oppo Pad 3 will have a 12.x-inch LCD screen that produces a 3K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will be the first-ever tablet to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

The tablet is expected to arrive with 8 GB / 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256 GB / 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It will pack a 9,510mAh battery with 67W fast charging. There is no specific information about the device’s camera capabilities.

Reports suggest that during the device’s global launch, markets outside of China may rebrand it as the OnePlus Pad 2.
