The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G is nearing its launch, with the latest approval from Malaysia’s SIRIM. The smartphone, identified by the model number “CPH2621”, received its certification on May 24, 2024, signaling an imminent release in Malaysia.

Previously spotted on international platforms such as TDRA, IMDA, and BIS certification, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G has been confirmed to support NFC and boasts a 5,500 mAh battery with 80W fast charging capability. Other key specifications remain undisclosed at this time, however, the phone is expected to be a rebrand of the Oppo A3.

Rumors suggest the smartphone might feature the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. Anticipated specifications include a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a triple rear camera setup with 50MP, 2MP, and 16MP lenses.

It is also expected to launch with Android 14, offering two OS upgrades and three years of security updates. One of the key attractions of its predecessor, the Nord CE 3 Lite 5G, is that it has a starting price below Rs 20,000 in India. With that in mind, we expect the Nord CE 4 Lite 5G to also come with a similar price tag.
