Acer has announced three new Predator series gaming monitors – Predator X27U F3, Predator X32 X3 and Predator X34 X5. All three models offer an OLED display and are compatible with Nvidia’s G-SYNC and AMD’s FreeSync Premium Pro. The monitors also come with stands that you can also tilt and swivel.

All models support 10-bit color depth and come with a 99% DCI-P3 color gamut rating. As the panes are OLED, they also offer a contrasty look with deep blacks that enhance the viewing experience in certain conditions in both gaming and content consumption. But let’s discuss the three models one by one.

Predator X32 X3

It comes with a 31.5″ OLED panel that boasts a 4K UHD resolution. The Predator X32 X3 comes with a refresh rate of 240Hz. However, the refresh rate goes up to 480Hz when you dial down the resolution to Full HD.

For connectivity, you get a Type-C port and 2 x HDMI 2.1 port

It will reportedly become available in Q4 (last three months) 2024. The expected pricing is around $1200 (~8680 Yuan).

Predator X34 X5

This is the largest of the three, with a 34″ curved OLED panel with a UWQHD (3440 x 1440) resolution and a curvature of 1800R. It also has a 240Hz refresh rate and a latency of 0.03ms.

For connectivity, you get more options with this curved one – 2 x HDMI 2.1, a Type-C, and an additional DisplayPort. Like the 31.5″ one, it will be available in Q4 this year with a price tag of around $1,100 (~7960 Yuan).

Predator X27U F3

Just as the name suggests, this is a 27″ monitor that offers a resolution of 2560 x 1440 (16:9). It supports a refresh rate of 480Hz.

For connectivity, it offers a Type-C port in addition to 2 x HDMI 2.1 ports, just as the 31.5″ Predator X32 X3.

It will be available in Q3 2024 for a price tag of $1,200 (~8680 Yuan), the same as the last one.
