Eizo recently unveiled the EV3450XC, a 34-inch curved monitor designed for designers, overseas. This monitor boasts a high resolution display ideal for creative workflows, often referred to as “dual 2K” (3440 x 1440 pixels).
The monitor also comes equipped with 2 4W speakers
While “dual 2K” isn’t an official technical term, it essentially means the horizontal resolution is roughly equivalent to two 1080p displays placed side-by-side. This translates to a sharp and expansive viewing experience, providing ample screen real estate for designers and creative professionals to work with.

The EV3450XC prioritizes color accuracy, covering the sRGB color gamut. It offers a brightness of 300 nits, a 1000:1 static contrast ratio, and a 5ms response speed, suitable for most design and productivity tasks.
For ergonomics, the monitor stand allows for tilting, and it’s also VESA 100x100mm wall-mountable. In terms of connectivity, it packs a variety of ports: 1 USB-B, 2 USB-C, 2 USB-A, and 2 HDMI (specific versions not mentioned). The monitor also comes equipped with two 4W speakers.
The price and exact release date are yet to be announced, but it’s expected to be available in July.
