Acer has unveiled a wave of new electric-assisted bicycles and scooters at the Eurobike 2024 exhibition, building on the success of their initial ebii e-bike launched last year.
Electric-assisted bicycles:
- ebii elite: This bike boasts a Shimano 9-speed transmission, a 250W 50Nm rear motor, and a 460Wh battery for a maximum range of 110 kilometers. It also includes support for Apple‘s Find My network and is expected to arrive in the fourth quarter of 2024.
- Predator eNomad-R: This e-bike features a Shimano 9-speed transmission alongside a more powerful 750W 80Nm rear motor and a 491Wh battery. While its range is shorter at 50 kilometers, it also supports Apple’s Find My network and is expected to arrive in the fourth quarter of 2024.
- Acer eCargo-M: Designed for hauling cargo, this electric bike features a Shimano 5-speed transmission, a 250W 85Nm rear motor, and a 504Wh battery. It boasts a maximum range of 50 kilometers and an impressive 230kg load capacity. Like the others, it supports Apple’s Find My network and is expected to arrive in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Electric Scooters:
- Predator Extreme: This high-performance scooter packs a punch with a 350W motor (peak power of 960W and peak torque of 40Nm). It has a built-in 48V 10.5Ah battery for a 30km range and a 25km/h top speed. Available now, it’s priced at 1199 euros (around 9,382 yuan).
- Predator ES 7 series & Acer ES 7 series: Both these scooter series come equipped with a 500W motor. The Predator ES 7 series offers a 48V 10.4Ah battery with a 35-40 kilometer range, while the Acer ES 7 series boasts a larger 48V 15.6Ah battery extending the range to 55-60 kilometers. Pricing and availability details for both are yet to be announced.
- Acer ES 5 series: This series offers a balance of power and range with a 500W motor and a 36V 16Ah battery, providing a 60km range. The price is set at 599 euros (around 4,687 yuan).
- Acer ES 3 series: A more affordable option, this scooter series features a 350W motor and a 36V 7.8Ah battery for a range of 20-25 kilometers. It’s priced at 429 euros (around 3,357 yuan).
- Acer ES 1 series: The most budget-friendly option, this scooter features a 250W motor and a 36V 5Ah battery, offering a 23km range. It’s priced at 329 euros (around 2,574 yuan).
