Panasonic has introduced the new Lumix FZ80D camera, featuring an impressive 60x superzoom capability. This bridge-type camera (DSLR-like) offers several upgrades over the 2017 Lumix FZ80, including an electronic viewfinder, touchscreen, and USB-C port.

Lumix FZ80D comes with an 18 MP sensor, sized at 1/2.3 inches (6.2 x 4.6mm). It features a 3.58-215mm F/2.8-5.9 zoom lens, providing a focal view equivalent to 20-1200mm.

Panasonic Lumix FZ80D is priced at $478. It features a maximum resolution of 4896 x 3672 with an image ratio of 4:3. The camera boasts 18 effective megapixels out of its 19-megapixel sensor photo detectors. The ISO range is auto-adjustable from 80 to 3200, expandable up to 6400. For focusing, it has a normal range starting at 30 cm (11.81 inches) and a macro focus range of 1 cm (0.39 inches).

Lumix FZ80D includes a 3-inch screen and an electronic viewfinder with a resolution of 2,360,000 dots. It supports video recording at 3840 x 2160 resolution at 30p with 100 Mbps, and 1920 x 1080 resolution at 60p with 28 Mbps. You can visit Panasonic’s official website here.
