Hisense has unveiled its art TV version that squares up with the popular Samsung’s The Frame TV. The Hisense S7N Canvas TV only displays artwork when it intelligently senses someone in the room. The Hisense S7N Canvas TV is powered by Google TV and the TV turns into a wall art when not in use. The Hisense S7N Canvas TV has now debuted in the US market.

The Hisense S7N Canvas TV was announced a few months ago. It is a smart TV with a matte screen and an Art Mode that transforms it into an artwork when not in use. The principle behind the Hisense Canvas TV has been popularly captured by Samsung’s The Frame TV. The TV was announced to come in two sizes namely 55 inches and 65 inches. Now Hisense has commenced the sales of the 65-inch model which is available for purchase from Amazon and Best Buy.
The S7N Canvas TV is available in a teak frame, as well as the optional magnetic frames in other colors customized to suit the user’s fancy. It has a 4K QLED display, a 144Hz Game Mode Pro variable refresh rate between 48Hz and 144Hz. The TV delivers multi-channel surround sound and features an RGB light sensor. The sensor automatically adapts the color temperature and screen brightness to accommodate ambient light conditions. The TV also comes with a motion detector that regulates the display of the various artworks when it senses someone in the room.
There are four HDMI ports on the TV together with two USB ports, an RCA composite video input, and an RF antenna port. Two of the HDMI ports are version 2.1 and the TV comes with a backlit voice remote control.
