Nowadays, lots of companies love slapping ‘AI’ to the branding of their new products, and Meizu is no exception. Meizu 20 AI was launched in China for about $190. The phone provides enough performance for everyday basic tasks and offers a few extra AI features.
The phone comes in two configurations: 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB, priced at around $190 and $220, respectively. The Meizu 20 AI is available in three colors: Moonlight White, Obsidian Black, and Luminous Purple. It features the UNISOC T765 chipset and a 6.5-inch 90 Hz display. On the back, it has a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP selfie shooter on the front. Additionally, the Meizu 20 AI packs a 5000 mAh battery.
Meizu 20 AI offers several AI features that we see from other manufacturers. The phone can generate and expand images with AI, provide instant AI-generated replies to messages, and offer AI assistance while typing. Moreover, Meizu uses AI to detect phishing messages and suspected calls to warn users and prevent fraud.
