Huawei‘s upcoming foldable phone, the Nova Flip, is now up for pre-order. Interested buyers can secure their device with a 100 yuan deposit. Full payment and pre-sale will start on August 5th at 20:30 (CST), with the official launch following on August 6th.
The first 1000 customers to complete full payment will receive an exclusive Butterbear gift box. Customers also have a chance to win new products upon purchase, enjoy 6-month interest-free installments, and can share their purchase experience to win additional gifts.

The Huawei Nova Flip comes in four stylish colors: New Green, Cherry Pink, Zero White, and Starry Black. You can choose between two storage options: 256GB or 512GB, both paired with 12GB RAM, ensuring ample space for all your apps and files.
Huawei posted a teaser video of this smartphone two days ago, revealing its design. Unlike the circular external screen of the Pocket 2, the Nova Flip sports a smaller, square outer display. The phone’s rear features a square camera module housing dual lenses. Images also show a metal frame and SIM slot at the bottom. The inner screen boasts a centered punch-hole selfie camera. The Nova Flip boasts a slim profile of just 6.88mm.

Leaks suggest it will feature a Kirin 5G chip, 66W charging, and a 50-megapixel main sensor. The main display is rumored to be 6.9 inches, with a small 2.1-inch cover screen. The phone will run on Huawei’s HarmonyOS AI Fun and it is expected to come with AI features.
Huawei has positioned the Nova Flip as a more affordable option within the foldable phone market. This is reflected in its expected price of around 5,000 yuan, approximately $690. While it may not use premium materials, the Nova Flip is designed to offer good value for money and it will cater to the young audience.
In addition to the highly anticipated Nova Flip, the company will also introduce the MatePad Pro 12.2, MatePad Air 2024, MateBook GT 14, and the Hongmeng Smart Enjoy S9 car.
