Oppo launched the Reno 12 series last month with an IP65 dust and water resistance rating. The phone’s light blue color option will go on sale in China tomorrow. The phone is reportedly listed on JD.com, according to which, the price tag is 2,699 Yuan (~$377).

You can see the device in the light blue color option in the image above, which is apparently taken from one of the company’s official stores. The relatively fresh light blue color looks very suitable for the summer atmosphere.
The configuration remains the same as the standard edition. For those unfamiliar, the phone packs a 6.7″ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels. The panel reaches a peak brightness of 1200 nits and is protected with Gorilla Glass Victus 2. There is an under-display optical fingerprint scanner.
The phone is powered by the Dimensity 7300-Energy chipset (4nm) and runs ColorOS 14.1. This is paired with UFS 3.1 storage and 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4X memory. The standard edition comes in two different storage options – 256GB and 512GB.
On the back, the phone packs a plastic battery cover and a triple camera setup within a rectangular camera island. The back camera setup consists of a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor (1/1.95″), an 8MP ultrawide (1/4.0″), and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, the phone equips a 32 MP centered hole-punch selfie camera, which is measured at 1/3.1″ in size.
There is a 5000mAh battery inside and the phone supports 80W fast charging. Despite housing a big battery, the phone weighs only 177g and is 7.6mm thick. The middle frame is made of plastic.
