Oppo unveiled the Reno 12 Pro with a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, HDR10+, and 1200 nits of peak brightness. This screen is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus 2. On the back, it has a vertically stacked triple camera setup and has an All-Round Armor protection for drop resistance. It also has a High Strength Alloy Framework. Although, the rear and the frame use plastic. Users get an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance as well.

On the other hand, the Vivo V40 Pro has a taller 6.78-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 4,500 nits of peak brightness. This model features a glass back that has a pill shaped raised camera module. So it would feel more premium compared to the Reno 12 Pro. It gets a higher IP68 rating for protection against water and dust.
