The POCO F7 will be a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 4, suggesting that both devices will have the same specifications. The Redmi Turbo 4 will be officially unveiled in Q2 2025, but there is a very long 8-9 months until then. XiaomiTime spotted the POCO F7 a few days ago. Now, Gizmochina has found the Redmi Turbo 4 in the IMEI database.
What can we expect from Redmi Turbo 4?
According to the IMEI database, the Redmi Turbo 4 will have the model number “2412DRT0AC“. The last letter of the model number, “C”, represents China. In other words, this smartphone will be exclusive to users in the Chinese market. So will Redmi Turbo 4 come to the global market? Yes, the smartphone will be rebranded as the POCO F7. The POCO F7 series will be officially announced in May 2025.
The POCO F7 has two model numbers. These will be “2412DPC0AG” and “2412DPC0AI“. The last letter of the first model number, “G”, represents the model that will be sold in the global market. The last letter of the second model number, “I”, represents the model that will be sold in the Indian market.
These two phones are quite a long time away from being unveiled. That’s because the Redmi Turbo 4 is expected to be launched in April 2025 at the earliest, while the POCO F7 is expected in May 2025. That’s because the POCO F6 and Redmi Turbo 3 were launched just a few months ago.
These two smartphones are expected to launch with the latest Qualcomm processor. The Redmi Turbo 4 could feature the Snapdragon 8S Gen 4. But details about the processor are currently unknown. We are eagerly waiting to see what these two smartphones have to offer.
