Google has announced price cuts for its Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel 8a, and Pixel 7a models in India. This is the first official price cut for these phones since their launch, which comes just in time for the launch of the Pixel 9 series in India.

Google Pixel 8 series & Pixel 7a new prices:

The Pixel 8 Pro has received a Rs. 7,000 price cut, the Pixel 8 gets up to Rs. 5,000 off, and the Pixel 8a and Pixel 7a have received Rs. 3,000 and Rs. 2,000 price cuts, respectively. Here are the details of the price cuts for the Pixel phones.

Pixel 8 Pro:

  • 128GB: Old MRP: ₹1,06,999, New MRP: ₹99,999, Price cut: ₹7000
  • 256GB: Old MRP: ₹1,13,999, New MRP: ₹1,06,999, Price cut: ₹7000

Pixel 8:

  • 128GB: Old MRP: ₹75,999, New MRP: ₹71,999, Price cut: ₹4000
  • 256GB: Old MRP: ₹82,999, New MRP: ₹77,999, Price cut: ₹5000

Pixel 8a:

  • 128GB: Old MRP: ₹52,999, New MRP: ₹49,999, Price cut: ₹3000
  • 256GB: Old MRP: ₹59,999, New MRP: ₹56,999, Price cut: ₹3000

Pixel 7a:

  • 128GB: Old MRP: ₹43,999, New MRP: ₹41,999, Price cut: ₹2000

Wait for the BBD sale

While Google sets a standard MRP, the phones are available from Flipkart at cheaper rates. Prices are expected to drop further during the upcoming Big Billion Days sale in early October. If you’re considering buying an older Pixel phone, it might be worth waiting for the sale.
