Samsung‘s upcoming Galaxy A06 has been circulating in the rumor mill for a while, and today brings another round of leaks. Earlier this month, we got a look at the full renders of the phone. Now, reliable tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has revealed its complete specs on X (formerly Twitter).

The leaked specs suggest a 6.7-inch PLS LCD display with a 720×1600 resolution. Unlike some recent budget offerings, the refresh rate appears to be stuck at a standard 60Hz. Powering the phone will be the MediaTek Helio G85 processor, a familiar chip often found in entry-level devices.

The camera department sees no change from its predecessor — the rear has a 50MP main and a 2MP depth sensor while you get an 8MP lens on the front for selfies. The phone still has a dated notch to accommodate the latter.

Keeping the phone running is said to be a 5,000mAh battery. This is further complemented by 25W fast charging. The software side sees the Galaxy A06 running the latest Android 14, with Samsung expected to offer two years of OS updates and four years of security patches.

The phone will measure in at 167.3 x 77.3 x 8.0 mm and weighs 196 grams. Security will be handled by a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and Samsung Knox Vault for added data protection.

Storage options appear to be limited to two configurations: 4GB of RAM with either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. Thankfully, there will be a microSD card slot that allows for expandable storage up to 1TB. Finally, the audio experience comes courtesy of a single mono speaker with Dolby Atmos support.

The leak doesn’t reveal any details about the price just yet, but we can also expect that information to surface soon. We’ll keep you updated on it.
