A couple of months back, Xiaomi introduced the Robot Vacuum S20 on its global website. The brand has finally started selling the vacuum in the UK and European markets.
This new model offers a compact design, measuring only 325 mm in diameter, making it easy to maneuver around tight spaces. Powered by a 5,000Pa suction motor, the S20 provides efficient cleaning with three adjustable modes.
The S20 uses LDS laser navigation and obstacle avoidance sensors to navigate your home, following zigzag or Y-shaped patterns for a more thorough clean. It comes with a 400ml dustbin and a 270ml water tank, allowing for longer cleaning sessions without frequent emptying or refilling.
The vacuum can be controlled remotely using the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app, where you can schedule cleaning sessions and receive software updates. It also supports voice commands through Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.

In other news, Xiaomi has also introduced the Mijia Body Fat Scale S400 Pro in China. This new scale tracks multiple health metrics, including body fat percentage, weight, heart rate, and muscle mass. The scale features an ITO-coated tempered glass surface, which increases the area for measurement, and a 3.5-inch color display with enhanced brightness and contrast. It connects to the Xiaomi Home app, enabling users to adjust settings and monitor their health data.
