HyperX has recently introduced the Cloud Mix 2, a revamped version of its popular wireless gaming headset. This new model boasts multiple improvements over its predecessor, including improved battery life, noise cancellation, connectivity, and audio quality.

The HyperX Cloud Mix 2 offers an extended battery life, delivering up to 110 hours of playtime on a single charge, making it ideal for long gaming sessions. Additionally, the headset has hybrid active noise cancellation technology, which effectively blocks out external noise.

The headset also features 40 mm drivers that deliver customizable audio profiles through HyperX’s NGENUITY software. The built-in microphones come with AI noise-reduction technology, making for crisp and clear communication during online gaming.
In terms of connectivity, the Cloud Mix 2 offers both Bluetooth 5.3 LE along with 2.4 GHz connection, which was absent from its predecessor. The Bluetooth connection provides low latency, better battery efficiency, and improved audio quality, while the 2.4 GHz connection further reduces latency to 20 ms for competitive gaming.

The HyperX Cloud Mix 2 has a price tag of $199 in the US market. Pricing for other regions is expected to be revealed soon.
