Xiaomi recently launched the Redmi Note 14 Pro series in China at competitive prices. The Redmi Note 14 Pro starts at 1,399 yuan and comes with a Dimensity 7300-Ultra chip, while the Pro+ packs a more powerful Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 and starts at 1,899 yuan.

Those who grabbed the devices on its first sale received a generous protection plan, which includes a one-year warranty on screen breakage, battery cover, water ingress, and a surprisingly long five-year warranty on the battery.

While the offer has now been extended till October 14th, for those curious about repair costs beyond the warranty period, Xiaomi has now officially released individual spare part pricing for both phones.

As expected, the display is the most expensive component to replace for both phones, costing 405 yuan and 490 yuan for the Pro and Pro+ versions respectively.

The motherboard is another major expense, with repair costs ranging from 890 yuan to 1390 yuan, depending on the storage configuration.

Interestingly, despite both phones sporting a similar 50MP main sensor, the Pro+ is more expensive to replace compared to the Pro version.
