One UI 7 First Look: Galaxy S25 Ultra runs Android 15 OS

Ice Universe shared an image that showcased the South Korean tech giant’s flagship phone was seen running on the Android 15 OS based custom skin. Looking at the image, we get a full view of the new control center of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Keep in mind that this is still just a mockup so it is not official yet. Just last week, we covered a report about how ColorOS 15 and OxygenOS 15 appear to have an Apple iOS inspired UI. While it is not a direct copy, even the One UI 7 mockup has a control center similar to iPhones. It features a split notification panel with rounded corners and transperancies. There are also uniform sizes for the control widgets.

These redesigns aren’t limited to just the control center as other leaks have showcased changes in the One UI 7 app drawer, home screen, and settings apps. Even the battery icon and indicator along with the camera app with controls is expected to get a refresh. This is all the information we can gather from just this one picture. So stick around for more as we will be providing updates when additional details surface online.
