Oppo Find X8 series India launch imminent as promotional campaign kicks off

After the Find X2 series launched in 2020, Oppo hasn’t introduced any Find X-series phones in India. Recently, the company unveiled the Dimensity 9400-powered Find X8 and Find X8 Pro phones in China. These models were recently spotted in the database of India’s BIS certification platform, hinting that both devices may soon hit the Indian market. To everyone’s surprise, Oppo has already started a promotional campaign for the upcoming Find X8 series in India. The Find X8 Magic Box campaign suggests that the series will debut in November in India.

Oppo Find X8 Magic Box promotional campaign begins in India

A dedicated page for the Oppo Find X8 Magic Box campaign is now live on Oppo India’s website. The campaign, which began on Oct. 25 will come to an end on Nov. 10, hinting that the Find X8 series may break cover in the third week of November in India.

During the above-mentioned period, customers can purchase the Magic Box for Rs 99 and receive a guaranteed reward of 50,000 Oppo points. Additionally, they will have a chance to win a free Find X8 5G coupon. The campaign is divided into two rounds.

In Round 1, if Oppo sells 3,000 Magic Boxes by Nov. 3, selected participants who purchased the box between Oct. 25 and Nov. 3 will receive a link on WhatsApp on Nov. 4 to claim the free phone coupon. In Round 2, if the company sells 6,000 Magic Boxes by Nov. 10, selected participants who purchased the box between Oct. 25 and Nov. 10 will receive a link on WhatsApp on Nov.11 to claim the free phone coupon.

Points and coupons are credited within 24 hours of the event’s end. The free phone coupon is limited to 2 units per customer and expires on Dec. 31, 2024.

India is not the only market that will be receiving the Find X8 series in November. The early pre-order page for the X8 series is now live on Oppo Indonesia’s website. Oppo UK is also running a promotional campaign on its official site where users can register their interest in the Find X8 series. Therefore, the X8 series is expected to be released in multiple markets in November.
