Samsung appears set to make a design pivot for its flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra, moving away from the curved display design that has been a signature of the Ultra series in recent years. The latest renderings shared by Technizo Concept offer a closer look at these design changes and speculate the color options.
S25 Ultra with four color options and a different design language
The new Galaxy S25 Ultra renderings showcase four primary color options: Titanium Black, Titanium Blue, Titanium Gray, and Titanium Silver.
This range marks a small departure from previous rumors, as an earlier leak from ICE Universe suggested colors would include black, green, blue, and “titanium.” For comparison, the Galaxy S24 Ultra came in more vibrant tones like Titanium Orange, Titanium Violet, and Titanium Yellow:
From curved to flat display
One of the biggest shifts highlighted in the renders is the flat design for the display, middle frame, and back. This flat approach contrasts Samsung’s historical preference for curved edges on its top tear flagships, though a trend towards a flatter aesthetic has been seen across the Galaxy S series, especially in the base and Plus models over the last two generations.

Benchmark tests report an impressive single-core score of 3,148 and a multi-core score of 10,236, hinting at significant performance improvements over the S24 Ultra.
