Last week, Honor launched its highly anticipated Magic 7 series in China, building on the success of the previous Magic 6 series. This new lineup features enhanced AI capabilities and the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, making it a significant upgrade.

The series has already proven popular, as Honor announced that the Magic 7 series broke all previous first-day sales records for new Honor devices. It officially went on sale yesterday, November 8, at 10:08 AM, and quickly captured the attention of consumers.

The Honor Magic 7 is available in five vibrant colors: Sunrise Gold, Moon Shadow Grey, Snowy White, Sky Blue, and Velvet Black. Meanwhile, the Honor Magic 7 Pro offers four elegant color options: Moon Shadow Grey, Snowy White, Sky Blue, and Velvet Black.

The base variant starts at 4,499 yuan ($626) and goes up to 5,499 yuan ($765) for the top model with satellite communication, while the Pro variant starts at 5,699 yuan ($793), with the top model priced at 6,699 yuan ($933), also supporting satellite communication.

Coming to the specs, the Magic 7 has a 6.78-inch flat OLED display, while the Pro model has a 6.8-inch quad-curved OLED, both supporting 1-120Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rates and peak HDR brightness of 5000 nits.

Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with an Adreno 830 GPU, these devices offer strong performance, especially in gaming, aided by Honor’s liquid cooling system. They run MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15, with AI features like the YOYO Smart Assistant and enhanced privacy controls.
