iQOO has yet to announce the official launch date for the Neo 10 series but continues to reveal details about the upcoming phones. Following the recent design reveal, iQOO confirmed on Weibo today that the Neo 10 Pro will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset.
The leaks already pointed to the Dimensity 9400 powering the Neo 10 Pro, so this announcement comes as no surprise. Built on TSMC’s advanced 3nm process, the Dimensity 9400 features a 1 + 3 + 4 CPU configuration.

It includes a high-performance Cortex-X925 core clocked at 3.63GHz, three Cortex-X5 cores reaching up to 3.3GHz, and four energy-efficient Cortex-A720 cores running at 2.4GHz.
The Dimensity 9400 features the Immortalis G925 GPU, which reportedly delivers 41% performance improvement compared to its predecessor. Gamers will also appreciate the 40% faster ray tracing capabilities and a 44% improvement in power efficiency.
Supported by in-house chip
iQOO isn’t leaving gaming performance to chance, though. The Neo 10 Pro will also sport the “Q2” chip, familiar from the iQOO 13 series. This dedicated chip kicks in during intense tasks like gaming to further optimize the experience.
It’s worth noting that the Neo 10 Pro likely won’t be alone in the series. As with past Neo releases, iQOO is rumored to offer a standard Neo 10 packing a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

iQOO has also shared a few other key details about the Neo 10 series. Both the Pro and standard variants will feature a substantial 6,100mAh battery, impressive for devices expected to maintain a slim 7.99mm profile.
Finally, iQOO confirms the Neo 10 series will launch with OriginOS 5, the latest iteration of its custom Android skin. With the launch expected by the end of the month, the wait for the official unveiling and a closer look at the Neo 10 series shouldn’t be much longer.
