In related news, leaker Arsène Lupin has revealed that the Galaxy S25 will be available in 128 GB and 256 GB storage choices, and the S25+ will arrive in 256 GB and 512 GB variants. The S25 Ultra is tipped to come in three storage choices, such as 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB. The leak does not specify the RAM details for these phones. However, it appears that the entire lineup may offer 12 GB of RAM.
Another source, Jukanlosreve, has claimed that the 256 GB variant of the S25 Ultra will have 12 GB of RAM. On the other hand, the 512 GB and 1 TB variants will have 16 GB of RAM. The S25 Ultra is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
