POCO is gearing up to launch its latest budget smartphone, the POCO M7 Pro 5G, in India next week. Ahead of the official launch, the device has been spotted on the Google Play Supported Devices list, confirming its Indian variant.

Poco M7 Pro 5G

As per the Google Play Supported Devices listing, spotted by MySmartPrice, the POCO M7 Pro 5G comes with a 2409FPCC4I model number, and the “I” stands for the Indian variant. While the listing does not reveal any specifications, the brand has confirmed that the M7 Pro 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 8GB of virtual RAM. It will run on Android 14-based HyperOS and is promised to receive two major OS updates and four years of security updates.

The smartphone will feature a 6.67-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2100 nits peak brightness. For security, it will have an in-display fingerprint sensor and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Poco M7 Pro cameras

In terms of optics, the POCO M7 Pro 5G will sport a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary camera sensor with OIS and an f/1.5 aperture, along with a 20MP front-facing camera for selfies. It will have features like AI Zoom and AI Night Mode. Additional features will include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

While specific details about pricing and availability are yet to be announced, the POCO M7 Pro 5G is expected to be a competitive offering in the budget smartphone segment.

POCO is also expected to launch the POCO C75 5G tomorrow, featuring a Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 processor, which will be the first in its segment. It will debut with Android 14-based HyperOS, with a promise of two major updates and four years of security updates. It will have a 6.88-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 5160mAh battery. More details are expected to be unveiled at tomorrow’s launch, so stay tuned.
