OnePlus has begun the incremental rollout of OxygenOS 15.0.0.404 for the OnePlus 12 in India. The update, released in batches, brings new AI features, camera enhancements, system improvements, and updated security patches.
Everything new in this update
The update brings three integrated AI tools to improve user efficiency. The AI Reply feature suggests replies based on chat context, making responses more natural and context-aware. Additionally, the AI Check function helps correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and typos, while AI Rewrite enables users to modify their text by extending, shortening, or changing the writing style effortlessly.
The camera system receives noticeable enhancements, including new filters named Fresh, Emerald, and Clear, available in both Photo and Portrait modes. Users can also personalize their photography with a new custom watermark feature. Beyond camera improvements, the Calendar app now offers widgets for tracking birthdays, anniversaries, and countdowns, enhancing productivity and organization.
On the system side, OnePlus has optimized user experience by improving stability and extending battery life in specific scenarios. Live Alerts have been updated to show the status of the flashlight and charging information. Floating windows are now easier to manage, as users can drag them to switch to full-screen mode seamlessly. Additionally, display issues with icons on the status bar and lag problems in certain situations have been fixed, ensuring smoother performance.

Since the update is incremental, it is currently being rolled out to a limited number of users, with a wider rollout planned over the coming days.
