Tipster Paras Guglani has shared renders and specifications of the upcoming POCO X7 Pro, following his recent leak about the POCO X7 model. While the POCO X7 seems to be a rebranded Redmi Note 14 Pro with a smaller battery, the POCO X7 Pro is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 4.

The render shared by the tipster showcases three back color options, all featuring a two-tone design. The device sports a flat back with flat edges and a compact camera island housing two lenses and an LED flash on the side.
As per the leak, the POCO X7 Pro will debut as the first smartphone to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra chipset (in the global market), clocked at up to 3.25GHz. It pairs this processor with a Mali-G720 MC6 GPU, offering 8GB or 12GB LPDDR4X RAM options and up to 512GB storage. Its 6.67-inch OLED display supports a 1.5K resolution (2712×1220 pixels), HDR10+, 120Hz refresh rate, and an impressive peak brightness of 3200 nits. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
For photography, the device will offer a powerful camera system led by a 50 MP primary sensor with a wide f/1.5 aperture, OIS, and EIS, capable of 4K 60fps video recording. An 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 20MP front-facing camera complete the setup.
The leak mentions that a robust 6000mAh battery with 90W fast charging support powers the device. Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, USB-C audio, and extensive connectivity options such as 5G SA/NSA, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC. As for software, the device will debut with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 onboard.
The brand has not disclosed any details about the launch timeline for the POCO X7 series. However, considering that its predecessor, the POCO X6 series, was launched in January 2024, the successor is likely to follow a similar schedule.
