Unfortunately, that is all the information that was revealed regarding this new device. But based on what we know so far, the Galaxy S25 Slim may pack Qualcomm’s 7-core version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Initial rumors had even hinted at an exclusive South Korean release as well. While the official launch date is still unclear, the rumors hint at a May 2025 announcement.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim had its design revealed via leaked CAD renders that showcased its thin profile. While this could impact its battery capacity and battery life, the smartphone might be the first from the company to feature silicon carbon batteries. To recall, the OnePlus 13 and other latest Chinese flagship also offer this battery technology.
