Realme has officially announced the GT 7 Pro Racing Edition, confirming that the device will be unveiled later this month. According to Realmeās Vice President and China President, Xu Qi, the phone is designed for young gaming enthusiasts and will focus entirely on performance, battery life, and gaming rather than camera capabilities.

While the above poster confirms the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition moniker, it does not reveal anything about the device. As per reports, it is a tweaked version of the existing GT 7 Pro, packing the same specs but ditching the periscope telephoto camera. It is also speculated to feature an optical-type fingerprint sensor instead of an ultrasonic one.
The GT 7 Pro Racing Edition will compete with the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro and iQOO Neo10 Pro in the same price range. Likely, the Racing Edition model will debut as the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Elite phone. According to reliable leaker Digital Chat Station, the GT 7 Pro Racing Edition will debut next week in China.
The AnTuTu benchmark results show the GT 7 Pro Racing Edition scoring 3,063,313 points, slightly higher than the GT 7 Proās 3,025,991. In comparison, the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro scored 3,218,978, and the iQOO Neo10 Pro achieved 3,204,156.

In terms of specifications, the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition will have a 6.78-inch micro-quad-curved AMOLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device may feature up to 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM, up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage, and a 6,500mAh battery with 120W charging.
For photography, it will feature a 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back. The phone will run on Android 15 with a layer of Realme UI 6 on top.
